The Limoges meeting has now re-opened. However, this may change if there are further developments with regards to the Covid-19 situation. You are strongly recommended to telephone one of the contacts listed below before travelling to attend the meeting.
Social distancing and other sanitation measures will be imposed at the meeting until further notice. A maximum of 8 attendees are allowed in the room and must be seated at a maximum distance apart from one another. In the event of this number being exceeded the meeting will split in two, with an overflow meeting being held in the upstairs room.
Protective masks are required during the meeting and washing of hands mandatory when entering and leaving the meeting room.
Please bring your own protective mask and hand-sanitiser solution.
Collective beverages/cups will not be supplied, but personal beverages are welcome.
As the meeting room is used by another group, hygienic practices will be followed at all times.
