Cahors AA meeting
The Cahors meeting has now re-opened. However, this situation may change if there are further developments with regard to the Covid-19 situation and you are strongly recommended to telephone one of the contacts listed below before travelling to attend the meeting.
Social distancing measures will be imposed at the meeting until further notice. These will include physical spacing with a maximum of 10 attendees allowed in the room, the wearing of protective masks (please bring your own) and washing of hands (please bring hydroalcoholic solution or equivalent hand sanitiser if you can).
The Cahors group of Alcoholics Anonymous was founded in 1987 by three recovering alcoholics. Since that time, the group has grown considerably.
It is not unusual to have meetings of 10 or more people and in summer months our meetings are enriched by visitors from all over the world.
Although the meetings are conducted in English, people of all nationalities are welcome….’The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking’.
Meetings are held every Saturday at 14h.30, the last Saturday of each month being an ‘open’ meeting.
